Family Day Clay Workshop – Feb 15

Family Day Clay Workshop
This Family Day weekend, come spend some hands-on time together at Clay Space! This all-ages workshop is designed for parents, kids, grandparents—bring the whole family. You’ll get to try both the pottery wheel and hand-building techniques in a relaxed, welcoming studio environment.
These sessions are meant to be fun, a little chaotic, and deeply creative—an opportunity to make art alongside your loved ones, no experience needed. Laugh, get a little messy, and leave with memories (and clay-covered hands).
Important note for families with toddlers (ages 0–4):
We do not recommend clay play for children who are still in the phase of putting everything they can grab into their mouths (this usually tapers off around age 3). Once past that stage, clay offers many wonderful developmental benefits.
For toddlers, we’ll set up a simple guided play experience so they can safely explore the material, but please note that we do not recommend keeping these pieces as finished projects.
Whether you’re making your first pot or just enjoying creative time together, this workshop is all about connection, play, and enjoying the fun of making as a family
