Make an impression – Introductory Mold Making Workshop

If there is one thing which will strike fear and panic into a studio technician’s heart, it is the mention of plaster and mold making!  And for that reason we have decided to offer an introductory mold making workshop 🙂

The number of things which can go (and will go wrong) are many, so we’re keeping this one simple.  Participants will be making a simple, 1 part mold by making the original out of clay, building a plywood and clay coddle, mixing the plaster and pouring.  Once the mold is cast it will then be cleaned up.  Our very own Ailia Rizvi will be leading this workshop.
